1. Delivery of Services
All services offered by License Vault Realty ("Company") are delivered digitally. These services include but are not limited to license-holding, referral brokerage access, broker oversight, compliance tracking, and optional tools. Once a user has completed registration, submitted appropriate licensing information, and payment has been processed, the user will be onboarded and granted access to applicable services via email, secure portal, or a combination thereof.
There are no physical products or physical deliveries associated with Company offerings unless explicitly stated in writing. Clients should ensure accurate email delivery settings, as failure to receive access due to spam filters or mistyped addresses is not the responsibility of the Company.
2. Collection of Goods or Services
License Vault Realty does not provide any physical goods and, therefore, does not offer or support collection or pickup of any tangible items. All deliverables are electronically accessible and may include digital files, communications, license holding documentation, digital tools, and membership-related resources.
If a client requires a printed document for regulatory or record-keeping purposes, a written request must be submitted to [email protected]. Company reserves the right to charge a processing and handling fee for any mailed documentations or fulfillment services.
3. Payment Options and Accepted Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
• ACH bank transfers (only where available and supported)
• Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) when integrated via our secure merchant processors
• Recurring payments for subscription services (monthly or annually, as selected)
We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal unless explicitly pre-approved in writing. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe or Square). The Company does not store full payment credentials on its servers. Subscription services will auto-renew based on the agreed billing cycle unless canceled in writing.
4. Terms and Conditions
4.1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering with License Vault Realty and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You agree to comply with all state and federal laws, as well as the rules and ethical standards established by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) or other applicable jurisdiction.
4.2 Membership Use and Limitations
Company services are intended solely for use by licensed real estate professionals in good standing. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all personal, licensing, and contact information submitted. You may not share access credentials or misrepresent your status, production level, or affiliation.
4.3 License Holding
Company provides brokerage affiliation and license-holding services for agents not currently engaging in active production. Agents may use License Vault Realty to earn referral commissions, maintain license compliance, and avoid expiration due to inactivity. Agents must maintain their license in good standing, submit renewals and CE documentation, and abide by all applicable licensing laws.
4.4 Non-MLS Brokerage Disclosure
License Vault Realty does not maintain membership in any local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Therefore, agents affiliated with this Company do not have access to MLS listings, lockboxes, or other tools that require MLS membership. By affiliating with Company, you understand that your services are limited to referral, consulting, and administrative support unless separately licensed with another brokerage.
4.5 Referral Services
Company facilitates referral commissions between agents as a courtesy but does not guarantee referral payment enforcement unless parties are bound by signed referral agreements. You are responsible for maintaining clear records of outbound and inbound referrals. The Company can provide compliance support and file review upon request.
4.6 Fees and Billing
All membership tiers (Vault Basic, Vault Plus, Vault Premier) are billed according to the rate selected during registration. Your payment covers license-holding, compliance oversight, and access to optional features as advertised. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
4.7 Termination and Suspension
Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access if:
• You violate state licensing laws
• Your license becomes inactive, revoked, or expired
• You breach these terms or submit false information
• You fail to pay recurring fees You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting written notice to [email protected]. Access will be revoked at the end of the paid billing cycle.
4.8 Limitation of Liability
License Vault Realty and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform or services, including but not limited to lost referral income, regulatory action due to agent negligence, or data loss.
4.9 Modifications and Future Terms
This policy is subject to revision. License Vault Realty may update this Terms and Conditions policy at any time without notice. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcement. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
